Watch for cancellations
Connect a supported reservation provider to follow table openings as they happen.
In development · U.S. restaurants
Turnstitch is being built for U.S. restaurant operators to help refill tables after cancellations by reaching guests who opted into the waitlist. Today, owners can create a private restaurant workspace and manage their guest waitlist. Reservation-provider integrations, live cancellation recovery, guest offers, and confirmed bookings are not available yet.
The planned handoff
From cancellation to cover
The idea is simple: notice the opening, make a thoughtful handoff, and leave the owner with a clear close to service.

Planned capabilities
Reservation changes, guest consent, offers, and the owner’s daily view belong in one considered flow.
Connect a supported reservation provider to follow table openings as they happen.
Use consent status, party size, and availability preferences to shape each offer.
Send an opening through the restaurant’s selected messaging provider, then confirm acceptance.
Give owners a daily report of tables filled and openings that are still available.
Live monitoring, guest offers, confirmations, and AI matching are not available yet. Those capabilities depend on supported reservation, messaging, and model integrations.
